Our Prayer
May I be embraced by the presence of the light;
May I be centred in thought, word and deed;
May I be open to this day with joy and thanksgiving;
May I give the gift of love to others in all that I do and may I be open to receive
love from others;
May I walk my own path;
May I be physically, mentally, and spiritually strong so that I may truly
be present to the world around me;
May I be open to the spirit of life whose roots uphold me and whose wings set me free.
